FRIED dishes: 1.5 tablespoons for 500g ingredients (*)
POACHED dishes: 2 tablespoons for 500g ingredients (*)
STIR-FIRED dishes: 1.5 tablespoons for 500g ingredients (*)
SOUP dishes: 3 tablespoons for 1 liter of water (*)
(*) 1 teaspoon ~ 4 g seasoning
