JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance:
-
Report monthly Data and Insurance contributions to the local Social Insurance Department;

Monthly update, adjust, and register employees' personal insurance information with the local Insurance Department;
-
Finalize the Insurance Fund with the Financial & Accounting Department monthly or quarterly;
-
Verify medical records and claim insurance allowances and accident/ disease compensation benefits to relevant employees;
-
Implement procedures for issuing Health Insurance cards and Social Insurance books and post the monthly/ annual payment process for employees;
-
Verify and manage information and data related to Insurance, Retirement, Accident Compensation, and disease;
-
Make periodic reports related to Social Insurance as required by the Government.
2. Payroll:
-
Perform and check the daily attendance and monthly salary and bonus for the Company employees, including Periodic Salary, Allowances, Cash Bonuses, and other Bonuses;

Check and verify welfare documents (marriage, funeral, birth allowance, vacation, etc.) submitted by Company employees for monthly payment;
-
Check, verify, and prepare monthly reports on Company employees' annual leave and overtime.
3. Outsourcing service management:
-
Verify the relevant conditions for performing service contracts with new Outsourcing Companies when needed;

Verify the provider's monthly output and/ or workload to pay monthly charges for outsourcing services.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related majors;
-
Be proficient in English (especially verbal, and written) & Microsoft Office;
-
Have general knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and Insurance Law.
WORKING TIME:
Monday to Friday: 7.30 A.M to 4.00 P.M

Ajinomoto Viet Nam (Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Zone, An Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province)
