JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Employer Branding:

  • Build and develop Employer Branding (EB);
  • Enhance EB visibility on digital platforms;
  • Build up and maintain University Relations;
  • Internal Engagement activities;
  • Build up the Company’s internal reference community;
  • Supervise, manage, and develop content on recruitment platforms;
  • Supervise and coordinate EB activities: Career Fair, Mock Interview Fair, Workshop, etc.;
  • Supervise and coordinate EB Awards, communication plan for both internal and external;
  • Deploy and implement internship policies, young talent programs.

 

2. Recruitment:

  • Supervise and track recruitment process implementation of the team;
  • Update progress and evaluate the productivity of recruitment activities;
  • Implement continuous improvement for recruitment activities to catch up with market recruitment trends;
  • Develop the Recruitment Management System (RMS).

 

3. Compliance and Labor Relations:

  • Supervise, manage, and coordinate the process of establishing, amending, and abolishing Company Labor Rules and Regulations, Collective Labor Agreement, and Regulation on Job Assignment and Responsibility;
  • Setting up periodical Dialogues at the workplace, Employee Conference in collaboration with the Labor Union, Long Service Rewards;
  • Supervise the activities of Workplace nutrition improvement and other policies aimed at enhancing the health and well-being of employees;
  • Handling employees’ claims of workplace harassment and inappropriate behaviors.

 

4. Other responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for the performance and results of the team, including but not limited to recruitment, Employer Brand,…;
  • Supervise the performance of all subordinates in the team, and give them instruction and support following the HR Manager’s direction;
  • Coach and educate the Team Members in daily operations;
  • Complete assignments and targets of the work in own area of management and responsibility in the SCLR Section.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Having general knowledge of Labour Law;
  • Having good skills in negotiation, business acumen, management, plan setting and execution, problem finding and solving and resource management;
  • Having at least 4 years of experience in the same field and position;
  • Highly responsible and reliable.

 

WORKING TIME:

Monday to Friday: 8 A.M to 4.45 P.M
