JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Execute the annual training plan, including: Professional & technical training, Motivation Training, and Japan Culture Experience Program;

  • Execute, coordinate and support Sections of HR Department in utilization of Career Path Framework in appraisal, promotion/class qualification, recruitment, professional & technical training, etc.;

  • Provide Competency-based training of Career Path Framework;

  • Innovate and perform T&D activities such as Orientation training & handling internship application;

  • Execute employee engagement survey (ES) & ES utilization.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Male/ Female from 22 to 26 years old;

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related majors;

  • Proficient in English (Speaking and Writing), and Microsoft office;

  • Good background and sound knowledge/ experience on staff development and human resources management;

  • Good at presentation, ability to work independently and professionally with all levels of personnel;

  • Strong communication, project management and organization skills;

  • At least 1 year of experience or fresh graduates with good academic results.
