JOB DESCRIPTION

Execute the annual training plan, including: Professional & technical training, Motivation Training, and Japan Culture Experience Program;
-
Execute, coordinate and support Sections of HR Department in utilization of Career Path Framework in appraisal, promotion/class qualification, recruitment, professional & technical training, etc.;
-
Provide Competency-based training of Career Path Framework;
-
Innovate and perform T&D activities such as Orientation training & handling internship application;
-
Execute employee engagement survey (ES) & ES utilization;
-
Executing “Individual Target Presentation” activity;
-
Monitor, manage and continuously update training and learning activities on the Learning Management System (LMS);

Assist Depts./Secs & new employees in Onboarding process;
-
Conduct and synthesize post-training evaluation for internal and in-house training activities;
-
Innovate Training & Development activities constantly to keep up with training & learning trends & demands;
-
Cooperate with Departments/ Sections in the Company to deploy relevant professional training;
-
Supporting and collaborating with other Sections in HR Department to realize common goals of the Department.
REQUIREMENTS

Male/ Female from 22 to 26 years old;
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related majors;
-
Proficient in English (Speaking and Writing), and Microsoft office;

Good background and sound knowledge/ experience on staff development and human resources management;
-
Good at presentation, ability to work independently and professionally with all levels of personnel;
-
Strong communication, project management and organization skills;
-
At least 1 year of experience or fresh graduates with good academic results.
