JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Production Planning:

• Planning production, planning B day;
• Check the workforce plan for the next production shifts before sending the unit head.

2. Operating Production:

• Check the compliance with SEQ regulations, rules, and workplace PPE of all operators and shift leaders;
• Check for changing trends of important operating parameters (DCS, schematic);
• Examine the production performance of the shift group under the original plan;
• Solve or respond to problems with feedback from shift leaders and workers;
• Ensuring KPIs on production operations.

3. Other responsibilities:

• Train shift leaders, team leaders, and workers according to the system requirements;
• Coordinate PD to conduct CP test and evaluate operating conditions during CP test;
• Make improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and quality improvement;
• Conduct internal patrols and correct non-conformities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering - Food, Food Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related majors;
• Be proficient in English and Microsoft Office;
• Have knowledge of supply chain;
• Have calculation and analytical skills;
• Be meticulous and have logical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills;
