JOB DESCRIPTION

- Carry out the distribution and display of Ajinomoto Viet Nam's products in the retail stores belonging to the assigned Traditional Trade channels within the designated sales area, while consistently enhancing the company's brand image.

- Within the assigned sales areas:

+ Perform customer visits and introduce Ajinomoto Vietnam's products according to the approved basic work plan by Branch Manager.

+ Carry out sales activities as described in Ajinomoto Vietnam's standard sales handbook to achieve daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

+ Build and develop sustainable relationships with customers within the assigned sales routes, including existing and new customers, through daily fundamental activities.

+ Introduce and sell products and SKUs to stores as per the company's requirements, ensuring that Ajinomoto Vietnam's products in the stores are always in the best condition, clean, and displayed according to the FIFO standard (First-In, First-Out).

+ Strictly manage sales cash, including handy terminal, merchandise, promotional items, invoices, reports, and sales materials.

+ Responsible for guiding and supporting while working with "Ordinary Staff".

+ Gather market information regarding consumers, customers, and competitors, including counterfeit and fake products, and provide accurate and timely reports to superiors.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Male, aged 22 to 25 years old.

- Graduated from University.

- Basic English communication skills.

- Able to use office computers.

- Proactive & passionate about the job.

- Good communicator, complaisant, diligent, agile.

- Can go on business trip.
