JOB DESCRIPTION

 

1. Recruitment:

• Implement recruitment procedure and other activities related to the onboarding stage as well as support during the probation period;

• Establish and enhance Employer Brand:

- Manage and improve content on recruitment channels;

- Maintain relationships with universities, colleges, vocational schools, etc. to ensure a sustainable talent pool for recruitment;

- Collaborate and coordinate Job Fairs, Interview days, Seminars, etc. organized by universities, colleges, vocational schools, etc..

• Update progress and evaluate recruitment effectiveness;

• Develop the Recruitment Management System;

• Handle internship activities.

2. Compliance & Labor Relations:

• Take part in establishing, amending, and abolishing Company Labor Rules and Regulations, Collective Labor Agreement, Regulation on Job Assignment and Responsibility;

• Take part in setting up Dialogue at the Workplace, Employee Conference, Long Service Reward activities, and deploying the Workforce Nutrition software and other related policies.

• Legal updates on laws related to recruitment activities and labor relations.

 

3. Document & Process Management

• Draft, manage, and store internal documents of Section;

• Update processes and guidelines related to Section's activities;

• Track the implementation and execution of processes according to established standards.

 

4. Software & Management System Support:

• Monitor Section's management software system;

• Ensure smooth software operation and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve technical issues;

• Provide guidance and support to users on software-related issues.

 

5. Other Responsibilities:

• Manage contract & payment for vendors (Headhunting companies, Gift production companies, Software company, etc.);

• Support and collaborate with other Sections in the HR Department to realize common goals of the Department.

• Arrange and organize internal meetings, prepare related documents.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

• Implement 5S tasks of section

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related majors;

- Be proficient in English, MS Office, and Power BI;

- Have good knowledge of Labor Law and the Human Resources field;

- Have analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Be hard-working and proactive.

- Open for fresher.

 

WORKING TIME:

Monday to Friday: 8 A.M to 4.45 P.M
