AJI-NO-MOTO PLUS® enhanced Umami seasoning is a combination of MSG (98%) and (2%) I + G to enhance the umami taste of dishes while being cost-saving for customers. Therefore, the product is widely used in food processing in restaurants as well as in the food processing industry.
