JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for managing safety and environment activities to ensure the unit complies with legal requirements, company regulations, and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish yearly/monthly safety and environment activity plans according to the unit’s objectives and targets.

• Share information, monitor, and follow up on the execution of unit and factory safety/environmental activities.

• Conduct and participate in factory safety patrols.

• Perform daily Genba patrols, report safety compliance, and follow up improvements by each group.

• Prepare daily and monthly patrol reports, monitor corrective actions.

• Cooperate with other sections to conduct periodic training classes on safety and environment, monitor training progress.

• Develop and implement training plans related to safety and environment for the unit.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience in operation line management is an advantage.

• Good cooperation, compliance mindset, and willingness for self-development.

WORKING TIME
Monday to Friday: 7:30 A.M – 4:00 P.M

Ajinomoto Vietnam – Long Thanh Factory (Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province)
