JOB DESCRIPTION

Take responsibility for executing, controlling and reporting team tasks to ensure tasks of team and unit.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute assigned tasks with through cooperation with other employees including:

1. Comply and control compliance of rules and regulations of workplace.
2. Execute and control process quality, inventory and plan of unit.
3. Actively participate in activities that contribute to the construction and development for factory and company.
4. Assign task and control progress for team member based on standard operating procedures and management systems. 
5. Control key performance indicators (KPIs) of team, monitor critical control points and report results daily.
6. Receive process and respond to ideas and problems from group members to superior to contribute to the improvement of production processes as well as detecting mistakes and proposing improvement ideas.
7. Lead and motivate team members to fulfill individual tasks and group goals

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, food technology or related fields.
• Be proficient in English and Microsoft Office.
• Have knowledge in food hygiene and safety, and food production process.
• Proficiency in process quality control, inventory, and planning control.
