POSITION DESCRIPTION

- Responsible for making maintenance plans for packing machines in the years, months, days.

- Implementing follow maintenance plans, monitoring the machines to ensure stable operation.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Implementing the following assigned tasks through cooperation with colleagues. Additional roles and responsibilities may be assigned:

- Complete the assigned jobs with the specializations qualifications shown in the work:

+ Implementing requests from superiors and production department:

• Receive the abnormalities information from preventive group;

• Analyze and make plans to handle anomalies;

• Make plan, arranging personnel for implementation;

• Make maintenance plan for years, months, days.

+ Employee control:

• Check whether the employees ensure the safety and environment before, during and after the job execution;

• Control execution plan on schedule.

+ Perform other tasks assigned by superiors:

• Some tasks related to salary and benefits for employees;

• Manage ISO system records;

• Support maintenance the machine;

• Implement and control the daily jobs of subordinates.

- Cooperate with other groups to complete the assigned tasks:

• Cooperate and follow plans to deal with anomalies;

• Cooperate with teams to find out the root cause of the abnormalities and evaluate the results after repairing.

- Understand the Department's goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree from Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, Control and Automation or related majors;

• Be proficient in English and Microsoft Office;

• Knowledge of mechanical drawing;

• Knowledge of maintenance, installing machine procedure;

• Knowledge of mechanical transmission;

• Be careful, honest, and passionate about mechanical, automation control;

• Experience in packing machines or automation system is a priority.

WORKING TIME:

- From Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:00.

WORK LOCATION:

- Ajinomoto Long Thanh Factory - No.9, Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province.
