JOB DESCRIPTION

To execute all assigned tasks with exhibiting expertise in collaborating with related Sections as following:

1. MKT Plan:

• Support to prepare MKT plan.

2. MKT Activities:

• Generate and execute tasks in MKT plan including above the line & below the line activities (social media, TV, exhibitions, promotional events…);
• Conduct research & analyze data to evaluate trends, market, target consumers and competition ventures;
• Well- communicate with Agencies for effective strategy & communication as well as marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters…;
• Co-operate tightly with related departments of company especially with Sales, Consumer Communication, Food Product Development… to lead and execute on-going and new projects smoothly;
• Support to control MKT expense (Advertisement & Promotion activities) & budget;
• On-time report problems with active suggestions to solve the problem;
• Daily/ Weekly report to superiors on progress of projects and assigned tasks.

3. Product development: (including existing & new product)

• Plan & Execute tasks following project quality & timeline including PKG design, new product development…;
• Conduct assessment in-charged by MKT;
• Actively offer constructive suggestions & opinions in response to ideas presented by team members.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or other related fields;
• Good command of English (4 skills) and Microsoft Office;
• Basic knowledge in Marketing, Market Research, etc.;
• Proactive learning attitude, effective communication, logical thinking, cooperation skill and leadership skills.

WORKING TIME

Monday to Friday: 8.00 A.M - 4.45 P.M
