JOB DESCRIPTION

Implementing tasks below by cooperating with team members and other additional assigned roles and responsibilities, including:

1. Implement Online and On-site Cooking Classes, livestream of factory tour and shoppertainment

• Work with internal teams of the Public Relations Department and different stakeholders to organize Ajinomoto Cooking Class, livestreams of factory tour and shoppertainment for customers and consumers nationwide.
• Take part in operating online cooking classes and livestream sessions in the role of the event organizer and MC.
• Communicate the programs and related content on SNS platforms (Fanpage, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and promote company’s products and corporate brand.
• Measure and drive reach, engagement, and viewership of the activities; prepare monthly performance reports.
• Build and maintain the relationships with woman associations and authorities, thereby contributing to AVN’s business activities.

1. Implement nutrition communication projects:

• Work with health/ nutrition organizations to develop content for nutrition and health projects’ activities, including materials (videos, posters, etc.) about nutrition and health for target audiences, etc.
• Cooperate with authorities/ institutions (Government organizations, Universities, Hospitals, schools, etc.) in the Education, Health, and Nutrition fields to deploy nutrition and health projects activities, including training projects’ contents, carrying out direct visiting/meetings, operating online activities via website, software, social platforms…
• Develop and maintain good relationships with nutrition and health institutions and other relevant organizations to implement the projects successfully.

1. Implement Customer/ Consumer consultancy activities:

• Handle daily customer/ consumer consultancy, and cooperate with related departments to resolve customer’s requirements, inquiries, and complaints in compliance with company procedures.
• Collect VOC on the Company’s products & services nationwide via all channels; gather feedback and proposals from other departments (Marketing, Sales, FPD, etc.) to make VOC collection and reporting more effective.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Economics, English Language, or related fields;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English;
• Strong interpersonal skills are an advantage.

WORKING TIME:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 A.M to 4:45 P.M.

• Ajinomoto Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City Office): No. 6 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
