JOB DESCRIPTION

Operate and maintain the wastewater treatment system, including cleaning equipment and machinery, to ensure stable and efficient system operation.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Operation of wastewater treatment system:

• Operate each process of the wastewater treatment system in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures.
• Understand and follow the basic control standards for each treatment process during operation.
• Monitor equipment conditions and operating parameters on the DCS system; promptly identify and report any abnormalities to the shift leader or supervisor
• Support the shift leader in handling operational problems during the shift according to instruction
• Report any abnormal conditions to the supervisor.
• Support the shift leader in recording and preparing the shift operation and production reports

2. Other work:

• Perform basic analysis of wastewater treatment parameters to support system operation.
• Carry out measurement and calibration (if required) of instruments such as DO, pH, etc. during the shift.
• Operate the electric hoist to receive and move raw materials and chemicals.
• Prepare wastewater treatment chemicals according to procedures and work instructions
• Perform other tasks assigned by the superiors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preference will be given to candidates with good physical health suitable for the job requirements;
• Graduated from Intermediate/Technical College or upper, with major in Chemical, Environmental, Biotechnology Technology or related field;
• Have a safety certificate in training the safety of equipment with strict requirements on occupational safety and health;
• Basic knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and operation;
• Ability to operate and monitor equipment through the Distributed control system (DCS);
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office);
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Can work both indoors and outdoors.

WORKING TIME: Work in shifts or Office hours. 5 working days per week; 2 non-fixed days off.

• Rotating Shifts: 06:30 AM – 02:30 PM; 02:30 PM – 10:30 PM; 10:30 PM – 06:30 AM
• Office hours: 07:30 AM – 04:00 PM

WORKING PLACE:

• Ajinomoto Viet Nam - Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Zone, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai City.
