JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for process development, improvement activities and machinery system designs, tests, and optimize machinery systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement machinery engineering designs, test, and optimize production systems and processes.
• Implementing improvement activities (Safety – Environment – Quality – Operation) and the 2030 roadmap.
• Supervise, inspect, evaluate and implementation of Digital Transformation (DX), Operational Excellent (OE), Kaizen, and Poka-yoke activities.
• Make technical reports/process improvement reports.
• Control KPIs in operations and support adjustments and improvements.
• Understand ISO management systems and support in establishing control systems for the department.
• Train and educate operators on new technologies and techniques.
• Timely report any abnormalities or new findings in the process to superiors.
• Obtain the cooperation of others in the team to complete assigned tasks, coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Information Technology departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics or related fields.
• Candidates with experience in a manufacturing/factory environment are preferred.
• Have knowledge of food processing technology, MSG manufacturing processes, and Packing, Cartoning & Palletizing processes.
• Understanding of Piping and Instrument Diagram (P&ID), layouts, machinery system design, and data analysis tools.
• Have knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, sensors, industrial networks.
• Have ability to program or handle data for DX & Automation purposes (Python, VBA, SQL, Power BI).
• Have certification about ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, GMP, Food Defense; Halal knowledge is an advantage.
• Have strong improvement mindset, problem-solving, and project implementation skills.
• Be honest, compliance, dynamic, enthusiastic, inquisitive, highly responsible and well-communicated.
• Proficient in English and Office tools (MS Office, ...).

WORKING TIME:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30 A.M to 4:00 P.M. 

WORKING PLACE:

• Ajinomoto Viet Nam (Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Zone, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai City).
