Aji-Quick® Complete Sauce for Hotpot 

Thai hotpot and chicken hotpot are among the most popular hotpot dishes enjoyed by Vietnamese consumers. However, preparing a flavorful hotpot broth often requires a wide variety of ingredients and seasonings. 

In response to this need, Ajinomoto Vietnam introduces two new products: Aji-Quick® Complete Sauce Thai Hotpot and Aji-Quick® Complete Sauce Chicken Herbal Hotpot.

The two products provide convenient solutions that allow consumers to easily prepare and enjoy flavorful hotpot dishes at home while reducing preparation time and cost. 

The Aji-Quick® Complete Sauce for Hotpot range currently includes:

Aji-Quick® Complete Sauce Thai Hotpot

• The product is made with meat and bone extract simmered for hours, together with distinctive fresh ingredients such as galangal, lemongrass and shallots, combined with tamarind, tomatoes, kaffir lime leaves and chilli. 

• This combination creates a rich and savory broth with an enticing Tom Yum aroma and a harmonious balance of sourness and spiciness, delivering the authentic taste of Thai hotpot. With just one seasoning step, consumers can prepare the broth without adding any other ingredients or seasonings. 

• In addition to Complete Seasoning Aji-Quick® Thai Hotpot in powdered form, Aji-Quick® Complete Sauce Thai Hotpot offers consumers a new option that caters to a wider range of needs and preferences. 

• Beyond hotpot, the product can also be used to prepare a variety of delicious dishes, including Thai-style steamed clams, sweet and sour fish soup with dill, and seafood soup.

Aji-Quick® Complete Sauce Chicken Herbal Hotpot 

• The product is made with chicken extract simmered for hours, combined with five types of herbs: red dates, goji berries, Sichuan lovage rhizome, Chinese yam and dahurian angelica root. 

• This combination captures the essence of herbal chicken hotpot, delivering a rich yet light and naturally sweet broth with an aromatic herbal fragrance. With just one seasoning step, consumers can prepare the broth without adding any additional seasonings. 

• Beyond hotpot, the product can also be used to prepare a variety of delicious dishes, including herbal chicken soup, pork trotter and vegetable soup, and abalone soup. 

Aji-Quick® Complete Sauce Thai Hotpot and Aji-Quick® Complete Sauce Chicken Herbal Hotpot are available at traditional markets, supermarkets and retail stores nationwide.
