Ajinomoto Vietnam has developed and launched Aji-ngon® Pork Less-Salt. The product contains 20% less salt* while retaining the same rich, well-balanced flavor from slow-simmered meat and bone extract, making it easier for home cooks to prepare delicious meals for the whole family.

(*) The amount of table salt directly added in the formula of Aji-ngon® Pork Less Salt is reduced by up to 20% compared to regular Aji-ngon® Pork by partially replacing table salt with potassium chloride.
