1. Insurance

  • Report   monthly   data   and   Insurance   contributions   to   the   local   Social   Insurance Department;

  • Update,  adjust  and  register  employee's  personal  insurance  information  with  the  local Insurance Department monthly;

  • Finalize  the  Insurance  Fund  with  the  Financial  &  Accounting  Department  monthly  or quarterly;

  • Verify   medical   records   and   claim   insurance   allowances   and   accident/   disease compensation benefits to relevant employees;

  • Implement  procedures  for  issuing  Health  Insurance  cards,  Social  Insurance  books  and posting the monthly/ annual payment process for employees;

  • Verify  and  manage  information  and  data  related  to  Insurance,  Retirement,  Accident Compensation, disease;

  • Make periodic reports related to Social Insurance as required by the Government;

2. Payroll

  • Perform and check the daily attendance, monthly salary, and bonus for the Company employees, including Periodic Salary, Allowances, Cash Bonus and other Bonuses;

  • Check  and  verify  welfare  documents  (marriage,  funeral,  birth allowance,  vacation,  etc.) submitted by Company employees for monthly payment;

  • Check,  verify  and  prepare  monthly  reports  on  Company  employees'  annual  leave  and overtime;

3. Outsourcing Management

  • Verify  the  relevant  conditions  for  performing  service  contracts  with  new Outsourcing Companies when needed;

  • Track the outsourced service contract expiration and implement the contract extension;

  • Verify  the  provider's  monthly  output  and/or  workload  to  pay  monthly  charges  for outsourcing services;

4. Others

  • Carry out job as assigned by superiors.



  • Female under from 22 to 26 years old;

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related majors;

  • Good command of both written and spoken English;

  • Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

  • Good knowledge of Labor Law, Law on Social Insurance, and Human Resources field;

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Ability to work under high pressure and multi-tasking;

  • Hard-working and meticulous;

  • Years of Experience: Not required.
