Granule seasoning Aji-ngon® Chicken for Professional Kitchen is made using extract from stewed chicken bones and meat (sourced from native Vietnamese chicken), combined with carefully selected ingredients. The product is proudly manufactured directly at Ajinomoto Vietnam’s Factory.

Storage instructions: 

Store in a cool, dry place
Keep in a tightly sealed container or reseal the bag properly after each use

 

Usage Instructions

Recommended for rice, hotpot, grilled dishes, noodle soups 
Suggested serving: 1 teaspoon (~ 4 g granule)
