Aji-ngon® seasoning seeds made from shiitake and lotus seeds are the perfect combination of the frugal taste of mushrooms, the sweetness of lotus seeds, and selected ingredients, which bring about a rich and attractive flavor to your every dish.

Store in a cool and dry place 
Store in a jar with a tight-fitting cap or seal the bag tightly after each use

 

Instructions for use:
Can be used for many dishes:
FRIED dishes: 1.5 tablespoons for 500g ingredients (*)

POACHED dishes: 2 tablespoons for 500g ingredients (*)
STIR-FIRED dishes: 1.5 tablespoons for 500g ingredients (*)
SOUP dishes: 3 tablespoons for 1 liter of water (*)
(*) 1 teaspoon ~ 4g seasoning

 

Packing manner: 
400g x 24 bags/carton (9.6kg)

In addition, Aji-ngon® Mushroom is available in other weights (SKU) for consumers: 60g and 200g.
