Aji-ngon® seasoning made from shiitake and lotus seeds, is the perfect combination of the light and refreshing taste of mushrooms and the sweet richness of lotus seeds, along with natural ingredients like vegetables, salt, onion, and palm oil. This blend brings a rich and attractive flavor to every dish.

Can be used for many dishes:
FRIED dishes: 1.5 tablespoons for 500g ingredients (*)
POACHED dishes: 2 tablespoons for 500g ingredients (*)
STIR-FIRED dishes: 1.5 tablespoons for 500g ingredients (*)
SOUP dishes: 3 tablespoons for 1 liter of water (*)
(*) 1 teaspoon ~ 4g seasoning
Packing manner:
400g x 24 bags/carton (9.6kg)
In addition, Aji-ngon® Mushroom is available in other weights (SKU) for consumers: 60g and 200g.
