Base seasoning for noodle soup
Base seasoning for noodle soup from Ajinomoto Vietnam is made from the extraction of pork meat and bone, combined with selected spices, to deliver a full-bodied taste and enhance the meaty flavor of the broth.
This product not only brings a well-balanced flavor to various noodle soup dishes such as Hu Tieu, Pho, and Bun, but also helps reduce up to 10% of pork bone and meat ingredients while maintaining the same delicious taste**.

(**) According to a market research conducted in September 2023 by Intage Vietnam Co., Ltd., using the same simmering method, soup stock made with 10% less pork bones and meat, combined with Base seasoning for noodle soup, achieved same overall liking score of quality evaluation in terms of taste & aroma comparable to soup stock made with 100% pork bones and meat.

Storage instructions:
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Keep in a sealed container or tightly seal the bag after each use.
Instructions for use:
- Use to prepare broth for noodle soup dishes such as Hu Tieu, Pho, Bun, etc.
Recommended usage: 1 teaspoon (~3g) per portion of broth.
(Add 3-4 teaspoons per 1 liter of water)
